Farmway Credit Unions Voice Response Unit!

With this service, you are able to check your balances, transfer funds, have a check mailed to you, make loan payments, or see what checks or payments have cleared your account.

Just follow the simple instructions given to you on the phone.

An important step to remember is that after you have entered your account number, it has to be followed by two zeros. An example is account number 32455, which has to be entered as 3245500.

In order to transfer funds from one account number to a different account number, you need to contact Farmway Credit Union so we can set it up on your account.

Also, your loan and certificate numbers are 01, 02, etc., as they are listed on your statement. Do not use the number that is on the actual loan papers or certificate.

Steps To Transfer Money:
  1. Enter the account number you are transferring from, followed by the # sign.
  2. Enter the account type you are transferring from (00 or 70), followed by the # sign.
  3. Enter your 4 digit security code, followed by the # sign.
  4. Enter the dollar amount you wish to transfer, followed by the # sign. You have to enter full dollar amounts, no cents.
  5. Enter the account number you are transferring to, followed by the # sign.
  6. Enter the account type you are transferring to, followed by the # sign.
  7. VRU will then verify the information that you have entered and will ask you to press 1 if correct, 2 if incorrect.
  8. VRU will then tell you that your transaction is being processed if everything has been entered correctly.
