Membership in this Credit Union is limited to: Members, participating patrons, and employees of Farmway Co-op, Inc. located in Beloit, Kansas, the surrounding trade territory, and all successors thereof; Members, participating patrons, and employees of Midway Co-op, Inc. located in Osborne, Kansas, the surrounding trade territory, and all successors thereof; Employees of Farmway Credit Union, members and their families, and organizations of such persons; Persons residing, working, or worshiping in, or organizations located within the following Kansas counties: Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellis, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Mitchell, Osborne, Ottawa, Phillips, Republic, Rooks, Russell, Saline, Smith, and Washington.

Membership, once established, may continue even though the credit union member would not be eligible for new membership.
